Mary Abbott Artist 1916 – 1996

Mary Abbott (aka Mary M. Roberts; Abbott-Roberts) (b. Quirindi NSW 8 November 1916 – 2 February 1996) Professional Mixed Media Artist, draftswoman and teacher. Accomplished in a wide range of media and techniques. A regular finalist in the Archibald Prize in the 1950’s and teacher at Sydney Art School (Julian Ashton's).
